What exactly do you do?
We deep-clean the buildup zones inside appliances and fixtures that cause smells, residue, and weak flow—then we show what was done with a simple checklist and (when helpful) before/after photos.
Is this the same as a maid or house cleaner?
No. House cleaners handle surfaces. We handle the “hidden gross” areas that create ongoing funk (filters, traps, aerators, sprayers, gaskets, and buildup zones).
Is this basically just vinegar / tablets / a cleaning cycle?
Those help a little. We do the hands-on work those can’t: disassembly/clean-out where applicable, targeted scrubbing, flushing, and rebuilding the “problem spots.”
Who is this for?
Anyone dealing with hard-water buildup, smells, cloudy glassware, dingy laundry, or slow fixture flow—especially in Florida where minerals don’t play nice.
How often should this be done?
Most homes do best every 6 months. Heavy-use homes (kids, lots of laundry, lots of entertaining): every 3–4 months feels noticeably better.
Do you do residential and commercial?
Yes—residential is most common. Commercial/service plans are available depending on the equipment and access.
What do you service?

Can I add items once you're here?
Usually yes, as long as time allows. We’ll tell you upfront if it changes the appointment length or price.
What don’t you service?
We don’t do repairs or anything that requires licensed trade work (plumbing modifications, installs, line work). If something is broken, we’ll tell you and recommend the right next step.

Can you do multiple bathrooms / the whole house?
Yes—most people bundle bathrooms and major appliances for the best “reset” effect.
What happens during a visit?
Quick walkthrough → protect the area → deep clean the selected items → test basic function → recap what was done.
How long does it take?
Depends on the package and buildup level. Most visits land in the 1–3 hour range.
How should I prep?
Just clear access. Empty the dishwasher/washer, remove clutter under sinks (if we’re doing faucets), and keep pets out of the work zone if they’re curious or protective.
Are your products safe?
We use appliance-safe cleaners appropriate for the surface and buildup type. If you have sensitivities, tell us ahead of time and we’ll adjust.
Do you take before/after photos?
Only of the work areas (no personal stuff). Photos help prove results and keep quality consistent.
Will this fix every smell 100%?
Usually it makes a major difference. If a smell comes back quickly, it can be a separate issue (drain line, venting, worn seals, old hoses). We’ll help you figure out what’s most likely.
How do I keep things fresh between cleanings?
We’ll give quick “do this / don’t do this” tips based on what we see in your setup—simple stuff that prevents the funk from rebuilding fast.

Do you offer packages or recurring plans?
Yes. Most people either do a one-time “funk reset” or a maintenance plan (every 3–6 months).
Do you require a deposit?
Only for our yearly package, since we offer priority scheduling access for those on it.
Do I need to be home?
First visit: ideally yes for access + quick walkthrough. After that, many clients do “access instructions” if they’re comfortable.
What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may include a trip fee because that slot is hard to refill last-minute.
Do you offer refunds?
If something wasn’t done right, we’ll fix it—fast. If a re-clean doesn’t resolve a valid issue, we’ll handle it fairly.

How do you price your services?
Pricing depends on what items you choose, how many, and the level of buildup. Bundles usually give the best value and best overall results.
